Fantastic movie!!
Damn, that was good!!
shareYes it was.
Aaah, buckle this.
Damn right! So awesome!
shareUndoubtedly, this movie is as great as most are saying. What struck me is how unique, deep yet fun the entire experience turned out. Avengers is being called the best adventure sequel of the new millennium for a reason. Great film.
shareGreat movie alert! Great movie alert! Marvel again delivers a genre film featuring an intelligent story that’s wild and fun but has the right amount of humor, angst and drama. They took what made the first Avengers film work and multiplied it by ten! Add elements of the Iron Man films and Winter Soldier and Age of Ultron is the best of all these characters. I can't think of a weak moment in the entire film. The visual effects are incredible as is the story itself.
shareMostly because Captain Cupcake knows his stuff.
I’m so glad to see the response to Marvel’s Avengers Age of Ultron has been VERY positive.
It's so good to see. If there was ever a case for expectations being unreasonable then this was it. Also, we always get some anal fans that are too attached to their comic book preconceived notions. Avengers and fan himself Joss Whedon stayed close enough to its root origins that fanboys should be fine. Most other people are judging it as the fine film it turned out to be regardless of the source material. As with every Marvel movie, visually it is a sight to behold and as epic as it deserves to be. I don't remember when I enjoyed a film THIS much and I really love everything Marvel does nowadays. This movie simply hits the highest level possible for me. It works on all of its own terms, there's no weighted enjoyment or cinematic slumming involved in enjoying it. It really IS a smart action film and the cast really delivered as expected. With this exceptional cast involved, how could it not? Much like the first, Whedon knew who his aces were and how to play them. That’s not to say every major character didn’t shine at one point it’s just that when the beats mattered, Whedon threw his writing weight behind certain characters. I also LOVED what he did with Ultron and how much of a home run James Spader hit. Following Loki with Ultron is a masterful move. Again, like the first Avengers this is truly a remarkable movie treat and I'm glad to see that the majority of film fans agree with me. Where it greatly differs from the first film is in tone and intensity. It’s a darker film and thus, delivers more gravitas. The movie works on so many levels and makes you draw on absolutely ALL of your emotions. The first Avengers wasn’t as deep as this one to be honest. Back to the similarities… mark my words you will again leave the theater smiling and completely wanting more just like you did in 2012.
