TMDB has recently added a Forum/Discussion system to their site in anticipation of the the closure of IMDB Discussions.

1. General Discussions
On the homepage is a Forum link in the far upper right of the page.
This is for General requests, tech topics, etc.
https://www.themoviedb.org/talk

2. Movie/TV Show Discussions
Search for a movie or show on the homepage.
On the movie's specific page, about halfway down, you'll see the "Discussions" link under the "Social" section.
Click that and a "Go To Discussions" button will appear.
You can use it to see all threads started for that movie/show or create a new one.
