I was watching the movie and couldn't believe how good that actor was at playing a soulless violent drunk.
Turns out it's because he was an actual homeless man the director found. He died the same year the movie was released.

shareI watched this last night & when Joe takes a Shot point blank at G dawg I guess he misses ? Then the Old man jumps off the Bridge. Why'd he go out like that ? Joe didn't have anymore bullets & was wounded. G dawg had the Truck & 60 bucks & kills himself, that was the most he had going for himself the whole movie.
