"James Bond will always be a man" is a statement devoid of meaning

I've seen people claiming that Barbara Broccoli said this recently, but I haven't actually seen any quote. But even if she did say that, so what? That's like saying 2+2=4. James Bond will always be a man, but will future films in the Eon Productions James Bond 007 series always have a male actor portraying the character of James Bond in the lead role? Not necessarily. If film #26 stars Lynch in the lead role of 007 and there is no James Bond character at all in the film, does that mean that James Bond is no longer a man? Think about it. He will continue to "always be a man" in absence. We won't see him, but he is still a man. Nobody from Eon Productions has said that James Bond will continue to be in any future movies. This is a linguistic trick from Barbara Broccoli.
