Hi, can someone please explain to me?

Why did Joe want to kill Jerome at the end?

I understand, that she felt kind of betrayed by P, as she was having an affair behind her back.
But P did not know that Jerome was Joes' former boyfriend, right?

Also did Jerome not know about P having a Connection with Joe at all?
Why did she only want to kill Jerome and not P?

Plus it was Joe, who took the decision to end things with Jerome.
Why would she be so mad at him?

Jerome has always loved her, why would he want to punch her so badly?

Raw jealousy.

Jerome punched her because she just tried to shoot him in the head.

Yes, Jealousy is always a reason.

But Jerome saw her for the first time after so many years and instead of asking why or what she was actually doing there, he beat the shit out of her?

The last time he saw her she nearly killed their child by abandoning it so she could go and get whipped by some creepy sadist. So they left on bad terms.

It’s also possible that P stoked these bad vibes with tales of Joe’s criminality and cynical grooming of P.

But the ultimate reason was Joe literally trying to blow his brains out at point blank range. Frankly he did her a great kindness by not killing her in return.
