Why did P pee on Joe?

why did P turn on Joe at the end when she was so fond of her? Is it because she tried to shoot Jerome? Then it means she turned on her so quickly without trying to figure out the motivations. Or has she been sleeping with Jerome since the first dept payment (maybe he wasn't even making any payments), and he told her about what Joe did to their kid?

I always figured over the course of her collecting his debts, P and Jerôme began an affair, she told him about Joe and he fed her some exaggerated version of their old life (though some of their new moments in the Director's Cut definitely show a colder side of Joe regarding Jerôme) together to fan the flames of P's already developing disdain for her.
