Joes Boss
I have to wonder...can a boss really force you into therapy for a sex addiction? I can see they might if it was interfering with work, HOWEVER Joes boss said that her coworkers were gossiping about her after work/evening activities and worried she'd seduce their men. Nothing about how she was skipping work, showing up late, poor performance, etc. just that there were rumors and they didn't trust her.
I doubt she was employee of the year, but other than an occasional bathroom masturbatory session, what did she DO to be forced into job mandated therapy? Seems like this should have fallen under the 'mind your damn business' heading as far as employee relations go.
