Wow, what is up with that terrible CGI outside of the windows in that deleted scene?

I totally get that for deleted scenes they often don't bother doing the CGI at all, but if this scene is going to actually be incorporated into an Extended Cut, I truly hope that terrible-looking and totally out of place blue blur outside of the windows is fixed first.
