Now that Kilgrave is dead, can the kidneys be given back to the ambulance driver from which he stole them? The driver would still have to deal with the effects of the stroke but he wouldn't need dialysis if the kidneys are still compatible.
A scene I would add end of season 2 is Jessica either for closure or as part of a new investigation attempts to see and/or locate Kilgrave's body. The body is not there. There's no record of who took it or of it ever even been there.
If the formula that Kilgrave's father injected him with had any lasting effects or lingered in the organs or damaged them in any way, they might be useless to regular humans (or even other gifteds). I'd also worry about the prospect of passing on his powers through his organs or blood transfusion...wouldn't let it happen, if I were Jessica and Trish. That Kilgrave corpse should get burned.
But good callback -- I'd completely forgotten about the kidney donor/stroke victim, poor dude -- watched this series very slowly over the past couple months and then marathoned the final seven episodes when I had a day off yesterday. So many lives ruined by the villain and who knows how many that we didn't even see on screen or implied...

Consider why Hope got an abortion when she found she was pregnant because of Kilgrave. In the comics, Kilgrave's offspring inherited his abilities. Same concept is probably in effect here.
