Personally, I liked the 30s setting. Seemed like raiders of lost ark. (Which I know was the intent). The old tech left them more at the mercy of the mummy. What do you think of it?
shareI'm fine with it, you are talking about a story that's been remade many times over. Getting bent out of shape over a new one is silly.
shareTerrible, hoping for a miracle but the film already looks way to modern and the thrill is lost with the technology. You have to strip the characters out of their comfort zone and the helicopters and modern setting really detract from that.
shareIf you want another Indy film wait until 2019, if you still want to be entertained before then with a similar film, watch this, but remember its not Indy.
