2017's The Mummy may end up being the better film.
But 1999's poster is way better.

Agreed. What happened to posters like this? If the movie was made today, we'd have photo-shopped stills of all the characters with explosions in the background.
Whatever you are, be a good one.
Because, like this film, the premise and plot are mediocre at best so Hollywood sells the actors instead of the film.

Way better. The poster with Fraser and Weisz is also better than the 2017 one. It's extremely dull and unimpressive. Looks like a Syfy original at best. Haven't seen the 1999 film (but did see its 2001 sequel...), maybe I should.
