How does Russell Crowe keep finding work?

Experienced actor, usually in good movies.

Probably shows them his Oscar and quotes a few lines from Gladiator or L.A. Confidential.

Both Cage and Crowe are excellent actors. Have you seen Crowe in The Insider? L.A. Confidential? Gladiator? A Beautiful Mind? Cinderella Man?

I swear, the only reason Crowe keeps getting work and acclaim for that work is cause people still love Gladiator that much.

The Insider is a fantastic movie that is very under the radar, probably his best acting performance. But still he is kinda stale nowadays, hasn't had a good performance in a long time.
