Toby Jones as Igor - Just look at the guy, he's short and already has an Igor look to him, and he's a great actor
Kevin Durand as the Monster (he's 6'6, and has experience in being in heavy makeup for film, also looks the part)

Only ones I'd disagree with are Jessica Chastain for Mina Harker - Mina in my opinion should be played by someone much younger, early 20's basically. Same with Lucy, someone younger. You are DEAD ON with Michael Pitt for Reinfeld. I'm ashamed I've never thought of him for that part before.
