Movie at closing Blockbuster Stores, NIB for $1

I just stopped in at my local Blockbuster. They are in their final days and I came across Parkland. They had about a dozen copies new, still sealed for $1 a piece. Worth checking out.

"Daddy what's a Blockbuster Store?"

"Well I'm sorry my son but you're too late in asking. Mr. Peabody's coal train has done hauled it away."

Apologies to John Prine and his anti-strip-mining ballad.

Our local Blockbuster closed over 5 years ago.

Holy crap, you still had a blockbuster near you? Well I see this post was from a year ago now, but still. I haven't had a blockbuster nearby in 4-5 years either. I personally miss them. Good old brick and mortal stores are closing too much these days due to the digital takeover. I used to like browsing around in shops like Blockbuster.

I got mine at a Dollar Store.
