What a couple of losers! Poor Tom is going to spend $ thousands $ for a wedding that will definitely end in dissolution! All this pre-nup will wind up doing is protecting each other concerning the debt they'll both be in after all's said and done!   

i can't believe these two are worried about dividing up less than 5 grand. Ridiculous. Unless, Scwartz is set to inherit family money sometime in the near future and he is looking to protect that.

I'm wondering about division of assets/debt, in CA, a couple builds, earns, inherits or even wins (hey, ya never know lol) during the course of a marriage. Assuming there is NO pre-nup is it split 50/50 if the marriage ends in divorce?

Inheritance is not split, it is the possession of the person who inherits it. That is according to my prenup lawyer. If Tom is inheriting money it will be his.

While they probably aren't getting rich from the show there is no way they each aren't making at least 80K. They show has been on for at least 5 seasons and i bet they get more and more each season. They aren't as broke as they made it appear. Her working on a waitress salary and he booking a handful of low rent modeling jobs, they would be homeless.

I think they spend $2.00 for every $1.00 earned. Plus huge CC debt and massive interest rates on auto loans.

But either or pretty pathetic to get married and your combined net worth won't even buy a decent used car.

My guess is Katie has a butt load of debt that Tom did not want to get stuck with down the road if they get a divorce. Also they must have a savings account they didn't show on air to help pay for this wedding that is costing thousands of dollars. I know Bravo will pay for some of it, but I doubt they pay enough to cover bath towel invitations! Lol

I can not stand her...why does Tom want to marry such a nasty hateful person? Does he just want to have an excuse to fck guys? She is a sick wretch, imo.
