I think it's very poor leadership when someone comes to you for advice and you say why am I doing your job for you. I like the other captain better too
shareI had to laugh - Captin Lee is a joke and proved that last season when he got rid of the chef - who gusts continuously praised over Kate who guests complained about. That showed that he had no insight of what really goes on - on the ship.

Yeah, Captain Lee is not a good leader. He clearly wants to be left alone and not have to do anything. The way he brushed Kelley off was a perfect, textbook example of poor leadership.

Actually, all the guests RAVED about Leon's food, and there were never any complaints from them. Kate, however, seemed very put out that Leon served beef cheeks once every charter, although her opinion didn't matter, as she wasn't a guest.
That's fine if you didn't like Leon, but let's not rewrite history here. His food was very well-liked by the guests. He was fired because of his arguing with Kate and being a d1ck to her, not because of the food.
Leon may have been a jerk, but not everyone wants to chat, then hear how his resume was undermined because he "mass produced" cruise cuisine! I think I remember her having that conversation with the others! Kate's still a head stewardess on a boat and should "get over herself!" 😒 😩
