She seems like a nice enough person, but very air-headed. She started out by missing her flight, and has had several other mishaps since. Hope to get more "character development" from her as the season goes on.

shareI thought that was pretty interesting. I know it's a bit shallow, intellectually, but I was glad to see that the guys didn't automatically fawn all over her because of her looks and actually think she is too dumb and apparently crazy looking.
shareI have to defend Sierra. I understand exactly what happened with her cause I have It. It's anxiety. She was very excited to help Ben, but things got stressful and intimidating very fast. I believe what happened is she froze and basically got scared that she was going to screw it up. When your excited to do something, pressure builds up. Then everything just goes in slow motion, you physically and mentally freeze up. You are so worried that you are afraid to do anything. All of the sudden people get upset with you because you can't preform. Then afterwards you feel like *beep* and don't understand what happened, and on top of that you are worried about what everyone thinks of you. It's vicious cycle. It took me years to be disgnoised. It's plain and simple anxiety. She was so excited to help. The healthy stuff is her thing.

A 12-course meal would be stressful for any chef, let alone trying to cook a meal like that on a boat in a small kitchen. I was stressed out just watching it. Sierra didn't realize it was going to be that way. I could see that she started out fine, but then she was quickly in over her head. She is a sweet person, but just not bright enough or quick enough for that kind of situation. When the anxiety took over, she couldn't shake it off.
I hope she doesn't quit because she seems to be a good worker and nice to have around.
