Unlike Mark, giving chance after chance before firing loser Danny, Captain Lee takes action. He knew that the situation wasn't going to get any better so he nipped it in the bud.

shareHe did handle it well, but he also had to be passive-aggressive when Kelley said "I feel like I failed a little bit," and Lee said "eh, maybe a little, but you're still learning." Kelley handled the situation incredibly well at the time of the incident and afterwards, but Lee had the easy part.
shareI only saw bits and pieces of Season 1, but wasn't there a lot of friction between Capt Lee and Kelley? I don't think the Captain really likes him, but that is his nature, to be hard on everyone.
shareKelley was on season 2, and they did have conflict, especially near the end. The captain appears to not like him, while Kelley is not holding any grudges.

shareThat's ok- season 1 had captain Lee, Aleks the bosun, Adrienne the chief stew, Eddie the deck hand, Ben the chef, and Kat (not to be confused with Kate), a stew. There was also a very ugly deck hand and a very ugly stew who fooled around and were lazy but otherwise unmemorable. The deck hand quit and was replaced by a gay porn star.
Season 2 had Lee, Ben, Eddie, and Kat return, along with Kate as the chief stew, Amy the stew, her brother Kelley the deck hand, and Jennice, a deck hand.
Season 3 had Lee, Kate, Eddie, and Amy return, along with Emile the deck hand, Rocky the stew, another deck hand I can't remember, and Leon the chef, who was fired and replaced for the last charter by Ben. The 3rd deck hand quit early on, was replaced by another deck hand, who was fired, and was replaced by the gay porn star who had also replaced the first deck hand on season 1.

shareI think maybe his name was David, but not positive. And he had a fiancee named Trevor, but not the Trevor from this season, of course. And yes, David could also have been a hair model, too. He was very nice, everyone on the show liked him which is probably why he's not on the show now... may be too boring.
