That was a odd wasn't it? I've worked in the hospitality industry and have been situations like that with upper management. Usually I have that face of " ummm hold on, really??? " lol. I'm glad for Nico.
shareNico's lucky Kelley isn't vindictive! Bosses don't like being shown up like that in front of their captain! That's usually a 'no no' unless you want to be doing extra work to make up for having a big mouth! There's a pecking order and Nico overstepped it regardless if Kyle and the rest of us appreciate it! I was thinking the demotion would have happened already! He's been bad all season unfortunately!
