Watching the old episodes, the work isn't that hard! They seem to be just plain lazy and get all bent out of shape when asked to do something like clean the salt off the windows! Kelley was ordered to watch Lauren assist the Captain with raising the anchor and she blew up about doing it alone! "It's your job stupid!" I wouldn't want to do it since I'm more into computers, but I know not to apply to a job so menial serving rich, spoiled guests! I definitely wouldn't! 

Update: Kyle took the Master since it was free of guests and these people go nuts treating the ship like it's their home; feet up on the sofa, drinking like fish, and overall being SLOBS knowing they're going to have to clean it up! Idiots! 

Frankly I don't think that the blame should fall on Kyle. Nico seemed bent on drinking and annoying Kyle as did Lauren who was jumping onto the bed. They were the ones playing with the bathroom door when the handle was pushed thru the wall and made a hole. He was still tired from all the benedryl and just wanted some rest and to "have a few wanks" in peace. He even tried to get them out, said something to Nico about drinking a whole bottle of Fireball liquor. He tried very hard not to engage. I got a feeeling from the sneak peek he eventually got a 'if you can't beat them join them' attitude. He was a very good sport this charter, dressing in drag (I don't think that he minded doing this at all but after the sea urchin debacle he did seemed wiped out still but manned up (lol as a woman) and set out to entertain the guests.

Captain Lee is going to be very angry. I think he's had his fill of their lack of work ethics and micromanaging. This might be worse than pizza/panini press gate.

Oh I agree on that! It's not Kyle's fault Lauren and Nico are such inconsiderate drunks who don't take responsibility for their actions; esp. Lauren! She seems to just want to be there and if you ask her to do something it's like a real chore! "Hello, it's called work for a reason girl!" Hard to believe Kelley's going to pay for their lack of indifference to the job! I thought Lee had already made the change of ship Bosun, but I guess it's yet to come! Nico says he wouldn't mind so we'll see how it works out! Will Lauren react to it negatively when a fellow crewman becomes her boss? We'll see next week I guess! 

They aren't going to have to clean it up though, interior is. Lauren is annoying me with her drunk behavior, especially because when she sobers up she takes no responsibility for what she did. I hope they get a real wake up from their antics this time, and Lauren and in this case Nico take responsibility and blame for what they did.

I could not believe Kelley arguing with Captain Lee over which side of the windows were dirty and that his crew was not responsible for cleaning the interior portion of the windows! He is your boss. They are windows.

Probably a contributing factor to him being demoted soon! We'll see how Nico handles the situation! Lauren will end up giving him some heartburn I'm sure as he'll be the boss and have to "crack the whip" sometimes! 

This is it! The Captain gave Kelley one more chance and he blew it! Unbelievable how someone can be so incompetent with such little responsibility! 
