Big D, the big tip and having to sing the apology song...

Dean has got to be the strangest combination of characteristics I've seen in a long time: demanding to the point of being threatening, then turning around and being gracious enough to compliment Ben's cooking, pissed off and petulant about the wait on the beach and then "suggesting" that Kelley and Nico sing the apology ditty, then turning around and giving the crew the huge tip.

Does anyone else think he is not looking well this cruise? I mean physically looking like he's not in the best of health.

Probably he looks so bad because of the crew he surrounds himself with - they are all young and fit and very good looking - and at least half his age!

Being "stranded" on a beautiful beach with friends sipping champagne sounds downright harrowing! I can't imagine how he survived the ordeal!! Poor Dean! Sheeshhh what I wouldn't give to have been stranded in his place.. sipping drinks in the sun knowing the chef was preparing yet another kick ass meal for us!

Dean is not there just for the sun, sea, luxury and adventure. He likes chartering because he gets to be the PRIMARY and he pays for the power trip and the license to make everyone bow and scrape to him. He demands every boat toy, his glass must always stay full, his dinners must be perfection in taste, timing and presentation, even his bed blankets must entertain and amuse him. Did you hear how all the charter guests kept asking Dean about the dinner - What do you think Dean? Does it taste good, Dean?. Did they not have tastebuds of their own?

Ben had it right when he said - (paraphrase) It's Dean's world and we are all lucky to be living in it.
