What do you think happens to her? I think this is one sad ending really, I was really hoping for a feel good ending, reminded me of "requiem for a dream". I really felt sorry for her and hoped she was going to make it.

I assume her sister takes her back in. Chili didn't appear to hate her so that shouldn't be a hard sell for her sister to convince him to allow this. Otherwise, where would she go? I cannot imagine her sister would allow an obviously sick woman to become homeless.
