Terry got no more chances
after the terrible The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009) he get no more chances. I never thought he was a great director anyway.

shareParnassus was a good movie, in my opinion. Plus it was a financial and critical success, so I doubt that he has 'no more chances' left as you said.
shareu knowz who 2 got no chances
Your grammar. Seriously. Is it that hard to include an upper case Letter & proper sentence structure?
There. It's on the Internet. Thus it's official
Imaginarium is my current favorite of his, I hope this is close in quality, knowing Terry Gilliam's imagination.

I agree, it was a great movie. He is an excellent director imho.
shareWhy would someone like Terry Gillian need chances?? Not only he is one of the finest directors alive, with his own distinctive style and lots of intelligence, but he is also one of the founders of modern comedy and animation. He has more masterpieces on his account than 90% of Hollywood can ever dream of.

He had one flop and it wasn't' even his fault that Health Ledger *beep* ODed. How do you fix that?
Considering the difficulties involved it wasn't a horrible film. It wasn't my favorite but its better than 99% of what Hollywood pushes out its rectum on a annual basis.
@Critick
I don't think you know what "flop" means. The Imaginarium made more than twice it's production budget. The Adventures of Baron Munchausen on the other hand was a massive financial flop...and Fear & Loathing probably didn't make its money back until over a decade later due to DVD sales.
Even the most primitive society has an innate respect for the insane.
Imaginarium was a great movie and Terry will make movies until he dies cause there is no shortage of rich people who love Monty Python who will fund them.
