To win during the same year as an atomic bomb movie, I mean. Did Oppenheimer create Godzilla?

I don't think so. In the original, Gdozilla was the lone surviving dinosaur who fell alseep for like 2 million years after the dinosaur extinction. He was awaken from the loud explosions during WW2. However I do believe that Oppenheimer created Godzillas fire breathing breathe from his atomic bomb

Maybe. Of course Oppenheimer was real. Godzilla isn't.

No, it's the other way around.

Godzilla is real and destroyed Hirsoshima and Nagasaki.

The Japanese created Oppenheimer as propaganda to blame Americans and Jews for the destruction.
