The only ending I have seen is the one where she leaves.

You can find it on YouTube...basically,it is the book ending.. it shows Ana being driven home by Taylor..she is in the back seat, crying...and then in her bedroom, crying..and Christian, in the boardroom, trying to work and pay attention, but checking his phone all the time..they are both MISERABLE.
