Can someone please explain this scene?

Spoilers

So they dance he starts having flashbacks he then asks if she can love him. She freaks out they fight. He storms off.

Why on earth is THAT what motivates her to run away? Did I miss something. And then WHY does the Beast suddenly have white fur when he's chasing after her?

Did I miss something?

My French is a bit rusty so it's possible I may have not picked up on some of this but still it felt like that scene was somewhat unexplained or there was a bit missing.

Especially because the scene after that he decides to lets her go back to see her family for a day?

What motivates him do that?? The fact that she ran off? The fact they almost kissed?

Can someone please explain the dance and running away on the ice thing?

She promises him a dance and in return she wants to see her family. After the dance is over the beast refuses her to return to her family. Belle then decides to escape so she can see her family again. The beast, when chasing her, looks white because of the moonlight. Because of her determination to escape and probably because he wanted to win her heart back, he granted her a day with her family.

After the dance, the beast refuses to let her go and says that with time she will love him, but he says it implying that he will force her and give her everything she wants so she's insulted, the beast storms out and hunts a pig, he then takes the pig to his room and Belle follows only to discover him eating the pig like an animal infront of a portrait of the prince and his wife, this freaks out Belle and she escapes. The beast goes after her and makes her trip in the frozen lake and when he is about to kiss her the ice breaks and he saves her.

What hector said. Also, I think he was just wearing a big white fur cloak on the icy pond scene.
