I've been hearing for at least a year now that Emma Watson was playing Belle in the new BatB, and I've seen pictures of her in costume. Who is this blonde girl? Can someone tell me whats going on?

This is the French version which stars Léa Seydoux (you may have seen her in Spectre, The Lobster but mainly stars in French films).

Emma Watson will be in the live action Disney version. Two completely different films.

Wrong board. This is the 2014 French film closer to the original novel. The Disney live action one is 2017.
