I actually speak xeno and they all same the same thing:

"Are you a dentist? Could you take a look at my molars as they are causing me...whoops!"

I expect Didley will include this in his next part of his trilogy with it eventually concluding with David learning how to extract xeno teeth from the Predator race.

Yeah Dren started off as a female and after she had sex with Adrian Brody's character, she turned into a man. Xenomorohs don't have sex with their prey. They just eat or impregnate their victims.
