WARNING SPOILER

Was the baby giving the mother "Oral sex"? or did I just see that in the wrong way?

The mother and father take the baby home. They make love,and some where in the middle of the night the mother start morning. She thinks her husband is giving her oral sex, yet she looks down and it's the baby. Did she imagine the baby doing that to her? was she just imagining that? I think it's pretty sick if she was thinking of her baby in that way.

The movie was one of the worst movie I seen all year. But the baby look like a tiny old man.
