I mean using kids to fight their dirty war?
They have the tech and resources to get to Earth but are too gutless to fight themselves..

They probably don't have a culture with things like honour and machoism. They are highly advanced 'cold' species.
But really we aren't that much different. Notice Syria today. The west just attacks from the air. Drones and planes.
