Who the heck is Tommy? I don't want to go back through numerous episodes, yet have no idea who he is. Plus, IMDB has him being in only 3 episodes, but I don't recognize him.

he was the leader of the gang in series 1, the guy who laundered the money, he also knew Dot for many years and told Dot to become a policeman, Dot was, of course, the caddy. Tommy was also the perp who was burnt in the ambush at the start of series 2, but why I'm not sure. Probably seen as a risk to the caddy.
