Very surprised Inside Out grossed more domestically

As of now (and most likely ultimately) Inside Out will barely do better in the US but worldwide...very different story. Minions (even w/ mainly weak reviews) is 'this' close to 1 billion worldwide on a 74 million budget! lol. Inside Out had a much higher budget (I think 120 million-ish). They'll both make lots of money but Minions *easily will make much more! Imagine if Minions actually got better reviews and was a semi better movie, it prob. would of easily topped 350-400 million (closer to 400 million). For now, looking like it'll finish just south of $350/$340 million. It's def. holding up pretty well during the week and weekends so even w/ the poor reviews so people/kids are obviously going back more than once to see this.

I am thinking that the mixed reviews for Minions kind of turned off a lot of adults who would have normally saw it. Plus it isn't like Inside Out completely squashed it. They are going to be very close.
