Make Em Laugh

When I watched Minions the first time I thought how great it was that they'd included 'Be a Clown' by Cole Porter only to discover in the credits that it's 'Make em Laugh' (from Singin' in the Rain) as the two songs are virtually identical apart from the words is there anything that makes it possible to tell them apart?

Incidently I loved the Minions Movie, but I hadn't seen either Despicable Me or Despicable Me 2 at the time so perhaps that helped!

I see what you are saying. I heard it as Make 'em Laugh, I think just cause I've watched it so many times.
I enjoyed it just OK. My 7yr old daughter loved it and I was there for her so it's a win. I gave Minions a 6. It got a couple of extra points from me for the music. My problem was the lack of humor. There was slapstick and bathroom humor only and since when do the Minions speak English and Spanish so well?

The Minions speak a mixture of language. There's a bit of French and Indonesian as well.
