Luigi Boccherini - Minuet for String Quintet in E major. Funnily enough, I finally l learned what it was after hearing it in "This Is Spinal Tap." It's used often in commercials and such to convey a posh atmosphere. You can hear it in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" too - when the "Abe Froman" party is having lunch.
