was anything even mildly objectionable?
other than the Happy Meals reportedly dropping f-bombs.

The only thing I can think of is there was a part where a Minion was in a thong, but it was played for laughs.

I didn't care for the warriors that were dressed like Suma Wrestlers. Yuck!
shareDepending on one's sensibilities, I'd imagine things like...
Comically glorifying evil (though, what do you expect from a movie based on evil henchman?)
Cartoon nudity, but only by the minions.
Attempted torture that's played for laughs.
Cartoon sexual innuendo between one minion and inanimate objects
Violence against police played for laughs
might be objectionable for some.
If you're happy and you know it, go sit in the corner and think about your life.
The Minions dressing up like a lady to get into the Tower of London, and having the shirt pop up so the Minion could see looked like they were flashing people. And the Minion soaking in the hot tub with yellow fire hydrants that have hook ups that looked like breasts. So, if you don't mind boobsin kids movies, then no, I guess those aren't objectionable.
shareYeah, they were reaching for crude humor that 9 year olds would find funny I guess. It was lame. PG is a suitable rating.
