1) Emma wouldn't have been on the yacht if her friends hadn't pressured her into it. Where is their sense of guilt over this?

2) The kids were incredibly stupid to go to a stranger's yacht party in a foreign country. They were lucky it was raided by the police before anything happened.

3) According to TV Guide, Brooke Shields was offered a role in this but turned it down due to scheduling conflicts. Do you think she would've played the Mom or the Female Teacher role?

1) We don't really know for sure that her friends didn't feel any guilt over it-they didn't really delve too deeply in to their lives back home after Emma fell off the ship. We know Lizzie thought something bad happened to her-as she said-"this is my best friend we're talking about I know her,she has no youthful spirit of adventure!" 2)Agreed-that was kind of a poor choice on their part-but you have to remember,sometimes,when your a teen,you see the world through rose colored glasses and think that you're invincible. 3) I don't know for sure-but it seems like I remember reading somewhere that she was offered the role of the mother. That would have been kind of cute though,having both Chris and Brooke in the movie!!
