Did anyone else,during that scene,kind of get the feeling that there was a little part of Dean that was secretly hoping she'd say yes? I did.

He was definitely glad to learn she wanted to have kids some day. I guess that was the reason for that scene. We've bashed the writers about it, but now I think it was an excuse to say, hey, we both want kids some day, and maybe we could do that together in a few years after we get off this island. That's the hint I got from it.
