Last Song

Has anyone been having any luck tracking down the last song played in the movie, when Emma and Dean are dancing in the rain? A lot of people have been saying it's called "Take Away Tonight" by a group called Jester, but when you listen to that song, you can tell that's definitely not it.I've even been trying lyric search engines, and no hits.Someone commented on Yahoo Answers that maybe it's not an American group;that may be why we're having such a hard time tracking it down. They suggested maybe it's an Australian group,as both Indiana and Brenton are Australian. It's possible-they could have suggested songs for the soundtrack. Anyone have any more info? :-)

I just found someone says it is Shane Harper. I have to check and see if I can confirm. OK, I've been looking and listening to the songs I can find, it sounds like him, but still haven't found the song. Someone wrote (Facebook,Twitter,I'm not sure where) that it is a new song called "Let's take the world tonight" and is yet to be released but will be on his next album.

Speaking of that song and one that played earlier when they were back at school and Dean was playing with the knife, did anyone else notice that both songs were going along just fine but then really speeded up for a little while before going back to the regular speed? The one at the end was especially noticeable. After watching the movie once, I taped it the next time it was on just to get those 2 scenes to make sure I hadn't imagined it the first time around. At the end when Dean and Emma first start dancing and he puts his head on her shoulder, the song speeds up but then gets normal again. It's very distracting and it sounds like a mistake on both songs, not like the way the songs were meant to be recorded.

In the last song, I noticed it seems to speed up like someone hit fast forward for a second, but after listening a few times, I think he just had to sing a bit faster to make the words fit with the music because there were more syllables in that line. "..shine brighter than anything I've ever known..." if I recall correctly. Is that where you are talking about?

I didn't really catch the words but it was obvious that it speeded up (same with the song playing while Dean was playing with the knife). It was just kind of jarring; I've never heard that happen before.
