Let's be honest. The main reason the 1980 version was so popular was the many nude scenes of Brooke Shields' body double and Christopher Atkins. The plot was flimsy at best. The simple fact that this is a basic, advertising supported cable channel remake seems ridiculous. This film will get the standard Lifetime treatment, heavy on decades old, recycled soap opera plots.

Why would anyone put up the money to re-do this horrid movie? When there is such a wealth of subjects to choose from? I just don't get it. Waste, waste.

shareIf this was Indiana's "breakout" role into Hollywood then either she or agent need to really access of what Indiana can do in terms of acting. This role and movie was a really bad choice and it's a good choice to sign back on playing Tatum Novak for the Crownies spin off Janet King till she is ready for Hollywood.
