One of the worst movies possible made even on network or Cable TV.

I can get past the first part. He's a guy that is only their because his Dad bailed him out of every school that would have him. He isn't a bad guy, just not popular because he is very good looking and athletic. Okay fine.

She's a girl who wants to go because it is expected and her parents aren't rich. Her friends want her to basically *beep* the quarterback and try to set them up. She's not interested at all in any of that and just plays along with her friends. She goes to the party and whoops!

Okay she gets knocked off the boat because they bumped the police boat and Dean sees it. He sees her knocked over and jumps in to save her. They get on, what looks to me like an inflatable raft. He doesn't want anything else on his record, she wants to get back on the boat.

Regardless....... They end up being washed out away from the boats and a storm comes that throws them on some small island with a "Blue Lagoon" that is gorgeous.

Now while parents are looking for them on the mainland, you have them learning to survive. It's very sweet looking and wonderful.

Okay the sex....... First and foremost, yes it probably would happen. But he WOULD have known she was a virgin either from the beginning or the blood produced from puncturing the hymen. It wouldn't have been so "wonderful". It would have been something both parties would have talked about.

After everything else is in this atrocity is said and done....... There's no way in Hell that they would just be "normal" towards each other when they got off the plane.

There's a million problems with this film. It's on par or worse than Twilight.

Agreed. This film was horrible. I only give credit to the cinematography (the island looked great) and half of the soundtrack. Other than that I have to say this film lowered my IQ a little bit...
