Is this Wes Anderson's best movie?

It's good, but I don't think it is one of his best. I would rank it as his 8th best.

I don't think so, but it is quite good. I don't know that I've ever sat and tried to rank his films, but I've seen them all, so why not.

Even though I ranked it 5th, that's more a testimony to how great his other films are, because Grand Budapest is a very, very good movie. Isle of Dogs is the only film he's directed that I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

Yes it absolutely is. Nothing else comes close ( but Tenenbaums is very good).

I'm torn between this and Moonrise Kingdom. Both were masterful.

I hated this movie, it was nothing but an uninteresting slog dressed up in twee colors.

It's my favorite of his that I've seen so far.
