Millie is Diana Rigg's daughter - possible spoiler S2

Blimey! Now that I know the resemblance is obvious. Rachael Stirling has the genes that's for sure. I just saw both mother and daughter play bad mother and good daughter on Dr Who the other night and had no idea who the daughter was.

Love the show and love seeing these smart, strong women. Such an interesting time in history in the aftermath of WW2.

Will miss Susan - she really was the most interesting character. I like how they resolved her conflict with her husband and her unfulfilling life.

Wow! Her imdb profile didn't mention she's Diana Rigg's daughter. That explains her stunning looks.

Wow! As you said, so obvious when you know it! I must say that I LOVE Millie's character and I am so bummed that there won't be any additional seasons.

It is choice, not chance - that determines your destiny.

I'm still disappointed this show wasn't picked up for another season. Also I'm surprised PBS didn't get another network involved since it was a ratings win for them.

It could have been that the show was very expensive to produce.

Millie's character was clearly set up to be the lead after Susan diminished in importance. I really liked her and wanted to follow her story. Oh well.
