Sad that Susan goes away before the end of the series. I thought she was the main one.
That actress is a wonderful actress. The way she speaks w/her eyes, little movements, inflections in her voice. Wonderfully subtle and unique.

she was hardly involved in s02e1&2.
Yes, She had contractual commitments to honour with the filming of 'Death comes to Pemberley' which meant she had to leave 'BC' halfway through Series two. The phasing out transition was then not unexpected and Imo, was well worked.
