I feel bad for Jimmy I do see his POV but also bodens. I was reading and they said chances are one of them will be leaving..I hope Jimmy doesn't leave I like him but chances of boden leaving are unlikely considering he's been around since the beginning..I hope neither leave and they can work it out.

He will be leaving from the looks of the BTS photos. I was hoping that Dawsons move to ambo would mean he could have his spot back on 81 but it doesn't look like that has happened. It's such a shame. I think the conflict with Boden is a silly sl. It's just a way to get rid of his character I think. I liked Jimmy. Casey liked Jimmy, he was said to be the best candidate he'd ever had, it would have been interesting watching his progression and would have been a good sl but unfortunately it looks like he is leaving... I'd love to be wrong though. I'd love to be wrong about the fact I think a Dawsey wedding is going to be inevitable too... I have a feeling the show is going to be even more unbearable to watch in season 5 but I will stick it out in the hopes that Casey will get his balls back...
shareWhat is up with this show's turnaround with characters? What could possibly be the benefit of having Jimmy leave? Him being mad at Boden is a good storyline (one that doesn't involve Dawson). Have them hash it out until Jimmy and Boden come to an understanding. Just do something different rather than let him leave. The probable storyline is that Jimmy's either going to leave the firehouse because he can't work under Boden and can't get him fired, or he's going to get himself killed trying to get revenge on Boden. And of course, Gabby will be the one trying to stop him from doing something foolish. It's just so predictable, it's sad.

Ya plus they already had an opportunity for jimmy to leave when he lost his firefighting position..instead they're like we love you to stay so u ok with being a paramedic..least if he left then they would have ended on good terms and give them an opportunity to have him come back.
shareSilly in that they're using the sl for him to leave, if they'd fought it out and reconciled it would have interesting but knowing that he's gonna be going is just going to make predictable to watch I think... But we'll see...
And yeah I don't really get why they had him moving to ambo so he could stay at the house when they could have just had him leave then on a good note... but I suppose the writers don't think that far ahead.
I agree I don't think neither Jimmy or Boden necessarily needs to leave the show in order to resolve this feud between them...but apparently the producers want one of them to leave by the end of the season, and everything so far points to Jimmy leaving.
