anyway as an actor he can probably cry on cue.

There are two methods used - drawing on real memories and drawing on made up ones connected to a truth. i.e. you think about your dog getting hit by a train and dying. It's a made up memory, but the truth is that you love your dog.

Nope, not at all. Saw him in "Five" as a cancer patient's husband and he cried in that, and it was pre-Gaga. He is a fairly good actor I guess.
