This was such a heart-felt drama on a life being saved by a donor. Severide was so damn sincere I felt it! Writers let this women be a keeper..He as to grow up!

They looked so adorable together, I liked him with April too but we saw how that ended up. I don't think Severide will have a lasting relationship anytime soon.
It would be really messed up if they kill off Anna..
Watching Severide self destruct has become quite dull. Lets see happiness cause him confusion instead. Oh, you know they will keep torturing the poor guy!
Sometimes a movie or tv show plot is so stupid that only the stupid can understand it.

The writers should let Severide experience at least a season of complete bliss. Although he and Shay was not an item, he loved her and I still miss her! Even "Matt" said he wish Severide could find someone and settle down. Severide is all over the place with other men's "has-beens".
As far as Stella, she has to much baggage for Severide. She will go back to her boyfriend or husband when he completes his treatment.
Because Severide displayed such a heartfelt of kindness to save a life, I hope the writers reciprocate to him.

sharec'mon, let's give the guy a break! let him be happy until this season ends, with the cliff hanger being their wedding but she goes back in the hospital because the cancer is back and then dies, so we can watch Kelly crash and burn next season instead of dawson whine and sniffle.
sharehighly doubt it...on this show Severide is the womanizer who plays around while Casey is the settling down type family man with the stable relationships...they purposely made these 2 main male characters different for a reason.
shareIt would be interesting to see them flip roles, though, with Severide becoming the solid, one-woman man while the episode with Louis causing Gabs and Casey to split and Casey to play the field.
shareThey already did that two seasons ago. Casey and Gabby are married now so the splitting up again makes no sense just for the heck of changing Severide and Casey's roles. Even if Casey was single, he's not the playing the field type of guy.
