Boden
I was watching an episode yesterday and realized something--Boden doesn't have a bed?
So where does he sleep?
Maybe he has a whole separate bedroom/bunkroom that we never see?

I think he would have a small room adjacent to his office. Maybe a separate bathroom also, depending on the building.
shareMaybe he gets to go home and respond from there at night. We don't see him on every call and I bet he also manages other houses that we don't see.
shareI highly doubt that he manages other houses. He may manage other shifts at the same house, however.

I've also wondered if Boden is the Chief for all 3 shifts, or just the one shift. If he is the Chief for all 3 shifts, then he works different/fewer hours than the firefighters. If he is only Chief for the one shift, then he must share the office with other Chiefs. I did some quick googling and couldn't find anything.
