To be honest, I kind of want her back on truck. I found that she's just running ambo now and the storylines are just about her. When she was on truck, that wasn't the case as much.

She's usually the hero, where on truck she had to be saved repeatedly.

It can't happen now though, even if they get the marriage annulled it's still on record as existing. Knowing this show she'll somehow get squad certification and end up on squad 3!

I think it's not just complimenting MR as an actress. It's a proof that Dawson will continue getting bigger emotional scenes than the rest of the cast. Would be happy to be wrong though...

I don't mind the actress and I like the character. But I don't want her hogging all the emotional scenes like she has been doing. In the last three seasons everybody got a share. It seems to be more Gabby and Casey this season.

just goes to show how Derek Haas and his fellow producers & writers are very out of touch with what most CF viewers want to see...they're only pandering to the very loud minority group of squealing Dawson fanatics and Dawsey shippers and are ignoring the opinions of the general audience...sad...

It reminds me of Arrow how that show use to be great and then they started to please certain fans of Felicity and Oliver and ignored the other side of the fanbase which made the show unwatchable.

you're right about the producers listening to all the Olicity shippers and the show suffered as a result...it's the same case with NCIS:LA, the producers & writers have been bending over backwards to please all those annoying Densi shippers and ruining the show for the rest of us.

But it happens quite often...sometimes producers would just pander to the obsessed fanatics and annoying shippers and ignore the opinions of the general audience and often it ruins the shows...as in the case of CF, Arrow and NCIS:LA. It even happened many years ago to the X Files...alot of people complained that the show went downhill after the producers & writers made Mulder and Scully a couple.

Agreed. If anybody watches Supernatural I am so glad that the supernatural writers didn't listen to the destiel shippers and not make Dean gay and go for Castiel. That would have been stupid and ruin Dean's whole character from the beginning of the show being a ladies man and a flirt. That's like turning Sevride gay for no reason just to please some shippers. Oh god I hope that doesn't happen. :(

Oh come on Isensiel. Not when it's a character already established as being a ladies man and a flirt. Which is what Dean and Sevride are. Them suddenly going bi and liking men would be ridiculous and ruin there characters.

So someone can't be a ladies man and flirt while also being bisexual? I'm pretty sure most bisexuals are in the closet about it, especially male ones.

you do have a point though...most bisexual celebs who have come out are typically female...of course celebs do not represent the people of the public, and I'm not too sure myself because I personally don't have any bisexual friends, although I do have some gay friends. But maybe women are more willing to come out of the closet as bisexual? I don't know...but I would imagine it would be tougher for men to come out and admit their real sexuality. And people who are bisexual are basically attracted to both sexes, so male bisexuals most definitely can be a ladies man but still also be attracted to other men.

well...there's already quite a lot of people who ship "Sevasey" (Severide + Casey) together and they want Casey to divorce Dawson and hook up with Severide.
Although I personally like the close friendship between these 2 guys and the "bromance" and I hate Dawsey, but I wouldn't want these guys to turn bi or gay on the show just to please all those "Sevasey" shippers either.

Oh god, don't even get me started with NCIS LA. I loved the first season, then Deeks appeared and the show has become unwatchable. Now I watch it purely for the laughs how bad and stupid it is.

I have nothing against the actress, but she does get too much screentime and always seems to have the same look on her face. Very little facial expression!

Deer in the headlights look. I don't think she's that great of an actress...if that is what he was eluding too by those statements.

But I guess that's why I'm not a director/producer. What the hell do I know! lol!
