I thought a perfect solution to the Louie issue would have been for his biological family to have offered to send pictures and updates of Louie growing up and to invite Matt and Gabby over for occasional family outings. This way the connection could stay and Louie wouldn't lose that love. I found this odd. Volunteering to keep in touch would have been a viable option in my view. Not make the separation so devastating to Matt and Gabby.

shareYes, I would have thought, as grateful as the grandparents seemed, for all Matt & Gabby did, that they'd have wanted to make Matt & Gabby part of their family. Have Louie know him his whole life, sort of Aunt Gabby & Uncle Matt.
Did anyone notice that Matt & Gabby's address house number is 911? You could see this when Louie was leaving with his father.
