I just could not. Matt needs to come back to reality and divorce her and get some balls back. Why can't he go to Molly's, get drunk and get seduced by a gay man and hook up with him and enjoy it? That would make the show so much better but nooooooo.

And since when does this show make sense? Casey went from a multi-faceted character with balls and a spine and turned into Gabby's spineless lapdog. How on earth does THAT make any sense?
shareYeah, there's no way there would be a gay/bisexual man on a Dick Wolf show. I was shocked when they had Shay be a lesbian, less shocked they killed her off.
Think about it...from the Dick Wolf shows I'VE seen, there has never been a main, gay character. Especially male.
Yes, Shay. But what did they do? Kill off the lesbian with the blond hair and replace her with a straight female with blond hair.
And yes, I'm aware that there have been many characters that were LGBTQ, but not main ones.
I haven't seen all of his shows though, so I could be wrong.
Killing off Shay was their dumbest move! And replacing her with an almost identical looking straight blond seemed like an insult! All because the writers wanted to pair Sylvie with Severide...but then they saw that the actors didn't have the needed chemistry and they've dropped the plans...
And btw Sevasey is a very popular ship among the viewers...if only it wasn't a Dick Wolf show....
Sevasey? Dumbest thing I have ever seen. Has been no mention of that, ever. You think Taylor and Jesse would go for that?? Seriously? They would quit the show, thus the end of the show.

shareOf course they would! They are both professionals and would do their best to explore that side of their characters if it were in the script...Lauren German was proud to play an open lesbian b/c Shay was such a great multi-faceted character.
Btw, Jesse made it perfectly clear via his tweets that he wasn't happy how the Casey character was being written. But he continues to give his best performance in the Dawsey scenes to make it look convincing, even if all he wants is for Casey to have his balls back!
I think I closed my eyes for that scene and just waited for it to be over. I want to throw-up every time I see those two getting a celebration.
